Indications

In the treatment of: thrombophlebitis of the veins of the surface, inflammation of the veins of the lower limbs, varicose veins of the lower limbs, post-traumatic conditions: hematomas, contusions, edema. It is also used: in the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids.

Composition

Active substance: 1g of gel contains 1000μm. sodium heparin. other ingredients: carbomer, diethanolamine, ethanol 96%, propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), concentrate purified water.

Action

Heparin sodium externally applied to the skin, in the form of a gel, accelerates the absorption of hematomas and infiltrates. It inhibits surface inflammatory processes by inactivating enzymes, including hyaluronidase and phosphorus. It has a long-lasting effect on diseased tissues, relieves pain and tension, improves metabolism of subcutaneous connective tissue due to the hydrophilic character, shortening the time of illness.

Directions for use

Apply gel to the affected skin area and the surrounding area 1 to 3 times a day. Depending on the area covered by the lesions, apply 5 to 10 cm gel on the skin and massage gently for a few minutes.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance - heparin sodium or to any of the excipients.
